The Vic Market and the city

Ok... for those of you who are Australian and have gone to St Leonards do you remember all those tours we went on with CUE? Well I turned that into a tour and we managed to do the Vic Market in the same day... (exhausting). Amy Rossnagel one of mom and dad college friends' daughters came to stay with us for two days so she met us in the city.

The market was fun (as always) we stocked up on food and Caro bought me a beautiful bag (thankyou very much Caro). We also did the degreaves St tour stopping for donoughts, the grafitti and of course Suga and Coco Black (the best candy and chocolate stores in town).

What is mdr?
as in your words: (because we have to be slim, mdr!)


“lose our lunch” in American Eng means to throw up, upchuck, spew. So how did the dog, in your words . . . (and a dog that nearly made us lose our lunch)? Or was it that the dog nearly took off with your food (to eat it), or ran thru your picknick? (over your billabong ;-)

Hey check it out, I'm the first to put a "commentares" on this site. yeah Hawaiian time! It's 7pm Fri night, sky is still light, I'm out on the lanai enjoying the warmth of the laptop and the quite neighborhood. I can smell the rain and see wet roof tops. It's a wonderful atmospher from which to enjoy your new blog.

I've been blogging too lately, and building a new online picture site on Yahoo 360 - this is going to be a great new leap forward in the way this family communicates.

Nancy made the last huge change in family communication by writing lots of very brief notes. She emailed everyone so much that they started looking forward to logging on. That was a good while after everyone else in the family already had computers to communicate.

The whole interface has gotten better over time, I guess we're probably about the same as many families around the world. We're all growing with technology (as it becomes relatively affordable and easy to use).
